Skateboarder Victor Timofeev was born in Latvia. He’s been skating Brooklyn and Manhattan for eight years but for two years he couldn’t skate because of a major accident. During his long recuperation he focused on his artwork. Now he’s back to skating while continuing to develop and promote his drawings and prints.
